Gotcha! Sorry for pulling this prank on you but I don't want to be accused of promoting Valentine's Day just because I made some Red Velvets. This dessert, like red roses, have been celebrated and linked directly to Valentine's Day of late. Personally in my opinion, one doesn't have to wait for any particular day to express one's love to another person!
Anyway, just in case you are interested in finding out the recipe I used for my Red Velvets, you can visit my blog tomorrow, when my entry with the recipe will be uploaded. Oh, yes! If in any case you find the frosting too soft, place it in the fridge for about half an hour and pipe immediately onto the cupcakes.
